Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the SuperSaga mobile application (“App”) provided by Buffetism Group (“Company”). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the App.

1. Eligibility:

1.1.1 By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. The App is intended for individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts.

2. App Description :

2.2.1 SuperSaga is a real money gaming App where users can play a casual game against a real player to earn money if they win based on their skills. The App offers an online platform to connect users and facilitate competitive gameplay.

3. User Accounts:

3.3.1 In order to use the App, you must create a user account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Real Money Gaming:

4.4.1 SuperSaga allows users to participate in real money gaming. Users may deposit funds into their Account to use for gameplay purposes. The Company will hold user funds in a separate account, segregated from its operational funds, to ensure the security of user funds. However, the Company is not liable for any loss or damages incurred due to the misuse, theft, or unauthorized access to user funds.

5. Fair Play:

5. 5.1 SuperSaga promotes fair and honest gameplay. Users must not engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting the App’s functionalities to gain an unfair advantage. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of funds, and legal action if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property:

6. 6.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, and software used in the App, are the property of Buffetism Group or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Modification and Termination:

8.8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof, at any time, without prior notice or liability. The Company may also update this Agreement from time to time by posting the revised version on the App. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.

10. Entire Agreement:

10.10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Buffetism Group regarding the use of the SuperSaga App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By using the SuperSaga App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using the App.
